Frame Kind This is the 1.25" width security profile snap-open frame kit. Basic security frame has a rounded shape that makes it very difficult to open without tools. Additional torx screw deterrent is available at extra cost- get a quote.
Each kit contains corner joiners and hardware. Installation: Use self-tapping screws, bolts or rivets as appropriate for the surface you're installing onto. We strongly recommend installing with a continuous bead of silicone or weather stripping to reduce the likelihood of insert blow-out at high speeds.

Outer Dimensions or Insert Dimensions [OD or ID]?

Your order is for the INSERT SIZE [ID]. Example: A 48x24" frame order is for a 48x24" insert size. Actual frame size is 1.75" larger in height and width. A 48x24" insert gets a 49.75" x 25.75" frame OD.

Sectioned frames *Frames ship in sections, unassembled, to save shipping costs. Frames longer than 48" are cut to ship for less. Easy joiners are provided.
