What is a Freight Placeholder?
Freight companies regularly adjust their rates based on the cost of doing business, and sometimes, multiple freight lines are necessary to transport your products from our factory to your delivery address. The placeholder charge ensures that we can quickly proceed with production, helping to avoid delays. If the actual freight cost ends up being higher than the placeholder, we will contact you for the difference before production begins. If it’s lower, we’ll refund the difference automatically.
Choosing the freight placeholder helps us speed up your order and ensures there are no unexpected delays when it comes time for delivery.
Customer Responsibility for Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined using an automated code, but this may not always match the actual shipping charges from our four factories and warehouse. Once your order is processed, we review the shipping costs. If the original amount paid is too low, we’ll contact you before we continue with the order. If too much was paid, we refund the difference during business hours.
Returns and Shipping Costs
Should you need to return an item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Insure the package and use a trackable shipping method to safely return the item for inspection to credit your account. We cannot process exchanges or replacements before receiving the original item.
