The PrintAwn© Project (“Program”) is a limited-time promotional offering provided by LetterBank LLC (“Company”) and is available exclusively to existing GripAwn customers. Participation is by application only and is subject to approval at the sole and absolute discretion of the Company. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any আবেদন, submission, or participant for any reason or no reason, and to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without notice.

All PrintAwn© Projects must meet specifications, guidelines, and suitability standards as determined solely by the Company. The Program and all related products and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, performance, or non-infringement. Participation is at the applicant’s own risk.

By applying to or participating in the Program, applicants agree to comply with all requirements and conditions, including submission of a recent, clear photograph of the applicant and a clear photograph of the awning or canopy intended for testing. Additional “before” and “after” photographs must be submitted as required. Failure to provide acceptable materials may result in disqualification at any stage.

By submitting any photos, images, or materials, applicants irrevocably grant LetterBank LLC a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, fully transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works from such materials in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to advertising, marketing, print, and online use, at the Company’s sole discretion. All submitted materials become the sole property of LetterBank LLC without obligation of compensation beyond the stated Program incentives. Applicants waive any rights of inspection, approval, or claims to royalties or additional compensation.

Selected participants whose submissions are approved and used may receive a free graphic of the same size as originally ordered and a $100 store credit redeemable at LetterBank LLC, subject to the Company’s standard terms and expiration policies. A 60% discount will be provided in the form of a rebate or discount code applicable to qualifying online orders. Discounts and credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be modified or revoked at the Company’s discretion.

Entry into the Program is contingent upon successful submission and approval of all required materials, including before-and-after documentation. Winners and featured participants will be selected by a review committee using criteria determined solely by the Company, and decisions are final and not subject to appeal. Announcement timing is at the Company’s discretion and may change without notice.

Participants may receive additional consideration or store credit for referral activity, provided that referred applicants include the original participant’s email address and complete all submission requirements. The Company reserves the right to verify referrals and to deny or revoke referral benefits in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or non-compliance.

Participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LetterBank LLC, its owners, employees, affiliates, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in the Program, submitted materials, or use of the PrintAwn© products.

This Program is subject to the standard Terms of Sale available at MyDIYSigns.com, which are incorporated herein by reference. This offer is void where taxed, restricted, or prohibited by law. Valid only in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
