Very Large Letters in Foam

Big foam letters can make a wonderful impression during a special event, in decorating a retail area, or for super cool photo shoots. The letters are custom cut in high density polystyrene letters. These very large foam letters are relatively lightweight and have moisture and mildew resistant properties, even unpainted.

You may finish the letters yourself with an acrylic paint. Some solvents found in spray paint and hard-coated enamel paints will dissolve the foam material.

You may also order the large foam letters pre-painted. If you order painted letters, we will "face" the letter with a thin piece of MDF wood for a smoother finish. The sides will still have the typical foam "orange peel" marks. Painted letters have an unpainted back unless you upgrade to the standing flat bottom option.

With the Standing Flat Bottom option, each letter will have a flat bottom in order to allow them to stand. This may reduce your letter height slightly depending on the font selected. Some letters, such as J, P and F, may need additional support to stand. This can be done by applying double sided mounting tape to the bottom of the letter, attaching it to a base, leaning it on an adjacent letter, creating a custom base for the letter or placing it up against a wall.

All letters have pockmarks and minor impurities.

These letters are both sized to 4 inches. Flat-bottom options change this somewhat. *Font shown is Clarendon Bold.
