How to Spec and Order a LetterBank Reusable Banner with Changeable Panels
Update your banner easily—and do the right thing for your wallet and the environment!
Is Your Banner Reusable…and Should It Be?
Many venues, restaurants, and event planners find themselves discarding perfectly good vinyl banners just to update dates, hours, or event info. That’s a huge waste—both for your bottom line and the planet. Modern banner solutions now let you reuse the framework and swap out just the info that changes, with options like:
- Sectional Banners: Large banners split into sections, usually a 'main' banner and a smaller side banner, each replaceable as seasons, events, venues or dates change.
-
Removable Panels & Wall-Tack Material [Most popular]: Add-on strips that peel off or swap.
-
Ask yourself if your next banner might be made to be reused. If your (or your customer's) venue hosts repeat events yearly, or changing specials, a changeable banner saves cost and cuts extra time and waste.
When Is It Worth Saving Your Current Banner?
If your old banner is in good shape and only the date or detail changes, see if you can retrofit it with a removable panel using self-adhesive fabric like Wall-Tack.
If not, it’s a perfect time to upgrade—your next banner could be the last new one you’ll need for years!Upgrade once, and update endlessly—saving you reorders, rush fees, and landfill guilt.

Banner Storage for Reuse
Lightly clean the banner (A window cleaner usually works well unless there's a buildup of grime), allow it to dry flat when possible, and roll into a loose roll, do not fold the banner.
If storage of a rolled banner is not practical, ask about our fabric banners which can be folded and steamed to remove wrinkles that might be present.
