Reinforced Fiberglass Replacement Sign Faces — for Rigid Letters
Replace or rebuild your sign face with our reinforced GlasSteel fiberglass V3 panels. These panels use rigid letter track and rigid changeable letters, making them an excellent choice for outdoor signs, especially in windy locations and signs over 6 feet high.
There are two ways to order:
OPTION 1 — Complete Sign Face, Ready to Install
Choose this option if you want us to assemble the sign face for you.
Popular finished sizes include 48" × 96", 40" × 96", and 40" × 72". The rigid letter tracks are installed on the face before shipping.
Important: Once the tracks are installed, the sign face cannot be rolled or boxed for normal parcel shipping. Complete sign faces must ship flat by truck freight. Request a freight quote
OPTION 2 — DIY Panels — Lower Shipping Cost!
Choose this option if you are comfortable installing the letter tracks yourself - or have someone who can do this for you, and want to avoid freight shipping.
Order smaller 48" × 48" or 48" × 40" fiberglass panels without track. These smaller panels can ship by standard ground service.
For example, to make one 4' × 8' sign face, order two 4' × 4' panels, track and rivets. For a double-sided sign, you would need enough panels for both sides.

For lowest shipping costs? Order the DIY Panels and install the tracks yourself.
Shipping & Returns
Complete sign faces with installed rigid track must ship flat by freight. Because trucking rates change frequently, we will contact you before processing your order if the freight cost to your location has changed.
Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery for unopened, unused sign faces. Contact us for an RMA number before returning anything. Returns without a valid RMA cannot receive credit and are subject to inspection and a restocking fees before credit is issued.
