Pronto rigid letters are made from an injection-molded blank.
Each panel is molded with a slightly raised edge on the back side of the letter, preventing the screen-printed ink from being scratched off as the letters are moved in and out of the Pronto track. The molded-in feet keep debris (and in cooler climates, ice) from interfering placement of the changeable copy message. The inks used on the Pronto letters are UV inks (no VOCs!), so there are no harmful emissions during the manufacturing process. This is for a sign with tracks for rigid letters and will not work with flex track. (SAVE a ton on freight by ordering the parts to assemble yourself.)
