Each order includes ready‑to‑install letters with a wiring diagram and installation pattern, UL‑listed components for outdoor use, and a 5‑year warranty on materials and workmanship.

Warranty
All lighted channel letters include a 5‑year warranty. If a covered part fails under normal use during the warranty period, it will be repaired or replaced.

If your art is usable as received, there is no setup charge (wording minimum about $50; full‑color/photographic minimum $99). You will be advised after your file is reviewed.
