Wording is 4.0" nominal capital height to make fit. When you place your order, part of the cost goes into creating the proof attached. We have had the proof created in anticipation of an order. For changes and use of artwork created, see below.

 

 

 

To approve this proof and proceed with your project:

 

Reply with “(estimate number 1019 / order number art) approved as shown”. We require your timely approval in writing. If there is a deadline stated, any delay in approval of proof moves that deadline back.

 

 

 

To request a change to this proof:

 

Changes are $20 minimum per change for new artwork and creation of a new proof from the new art. Reply to this email with change(s) requested. Hourly art rate is $120/hr.

 

 

 

Revisions and cancellations:

 

There is a $20.00 minimum fee for each copy and each requested revision of artwork. Cancellation requests after proof has been created and sent are responsible for artwork and setup time already done. If there are copyright materials (photos, images, wording) those copyright issues must be resolved with the copyright owners by the customer.

 

 

 

Production time scheduling begins the first full business day following receipt of approval. Additionally, approval of art in writing does not obligate LetterBank/MyDIYsigns to meet your requested date in hand.

 

 

 

All sales are subject to Terms of sale. A copy is available by written request. Color images are shown in RGB and printed as per the invoice details in either digital CMYK or screen printed spot colors and are within nominal range of representative art as best possible given the variations in monitor and printer calibrations and gamut.
