Premium Vinyl Lettering & Logos – Features and Applications

Material Specs:
All graphics are produced using commercial-grade vinyl films, including Oracal 651 for standard applications and 3M reflective vinyl for high-visibility requirements.

These materials are engineered for long-term outdoor use, offering excellent adhesion, UV resistance, and color stability. Reflective films comply with typical visibility standards for emergency and public safety vehicles.

Design and Customization:
Vinyl lettering and logos are fabricated directly from client-supplied vector artwork to ensure precise reproduction of department insignias, unit identifiers, and numbering systems. Fonts, color specifications, and dimensions can be customized to meet agency standards or regulatory visibility requirements.

Application and Surface Compatibility:
Graphics are supplied as ready-to-apply (RTA) products, pre-spaced and backed with a low-tack transfer film for straightforward installation. Suitable surfaces include painted metal, glass, aluminum, and other smooth, non-porous materials commonly found on vehicles, equipment, and signage. No special tools or heat activation are required for application.

Operational Use Examples:

• Police Departments: Marked unit identifiers, reflective “POLICE” lettering, precinct shields, and command vehicle labeling.

• Fire Departments: Engine and ladder company numbering, reflective safety striping, and apparatus nameplates.

Ordering and File Requirements:
Artwork must be submitted as a vector or high-resolution (minimum 144 dpi) PDF file scaled to final print size. Files are reviewed for production readiness before quoting. Once approved, a detailed cost estimate and production timeline will be provided.
