Model 4101 is double-sided and has slide-in frames for top-loading access. The molded base can be weighted with water and is equipped with two built-in wheels. The wheels will engage when the sign is tilted to allow for it to be easily rolled into position. When the sign is in the upright position, the wheels will disengage.
