Wind Screamer Ballasted outdoor sign system

This sign is good for windy areas and features a ballastable (use sand or water) molded base. Includes wheels for easy moving and storage, and sign frame for 24" wide by 36" tall signs, available separately. Sign frame stands a little over 5 feet tall.
